Before you dive into planning your dream trip, we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions that govern our services. These terms are designed to protect both you, the traveler, and us, the travel company, and to ensure that your journey with us i s as smooth and enjoyable as possible. By booking a trip with Benny’s Royal Tours, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read through them carefully. Your safety, satisfaction, and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we're recommitted to providing you with an unforgettable travel experience.

VISA

Visa granting is at the sole discretion of the respective Consulates, and our role is only to assist you with visa submission and guide you through the formalities. We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or consequences arising from the decisions of the Embassy or Consulate. In case of visa rejection or delay, visa fees, VFS charges, courier charges, and other expenses such as hotel booking advances, insurance, and ticketing charges are non-refundable. If candidates are called for a personal interview, they must appear before the Consulate at their own expense. If a passenger with a granted visa refuses to travel or cancels his/her tour due to visa rejection, health issues, or other reasons relating to co-passengers or travel companions, cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy. Benny’s Royal Tours will not be liable if any passenger with a granted visa is denied travel by the Emigration Authorities or the authorities of the respective countries. In such cases, all losses and damages shall be borne by the passenger.

AIRLINE

As this is a group tour and tickets are blocked in advance, penalty charges will apply for any date changes.In the computerized reservation system of airlines, seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants must travel in the seats assigned by the airline.No refund will be entertained for any expenses incurred by tourists due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight cancellations, airport closures, delays, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, medical evacuations, supplier policies, etc.The company will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of baggage during airline transportation, as it remains subject to the airline's policy, and we have no control over such external agencies.Tour tariffs are based on departures from Cochin unless otherwise specified. Tourists may board from locations other than Cochin upon request; however, flight tariffs may vary accordingly.If a passenger, after ticket issuance and payment for services, refuses to travel or cancels his/her tour due to health issues or reasons related to co-passengers or travel companions, cancellation charges will apply.

AIR TICKET & VISA CANCELLATION POLICY

In certain circumstances, airline tickets and/or visas may need to be processed and issued prior to the dates mentioned. In such cases, the tour cancellation policy stated below will not apply to the airfare and visa components.Any airline ticket issued will be subject to the respective airline’s fare rules and cancellation policy. Visa fees, once applied for or issued, are strictly non-refundable.In the event of tour cancellation after booking confirmation, only the refundable balance amount, if any, remaining after deducting the non-refundable airfare, visa charges, and applicable cancellation fees, will be refunded.

HOTELS, RESORTS & LODGES

The company will select suitable Hotels, Resorts, or Lodges and make bookings on behalf of tourists at convenient locations, subject to availability.In the event of non-availability of rooms in the same hotel, the company reserves the right to arrange accommodation in different hotels. Hotel accommodations are generally provided in Single, Double, or Twin rooms, and rates may vary accordingly.Passengers booking on a twin-sharing basis must share a room with another passenger on either a twin-sharing or triple-sharing basis.In some hotels, the third bed may be a roll-away mattress placed in a twin-bedded room.If a passenger requires single occupancy or if no suitable room-sharing partner is available, a single supplement charge will be levied. Please note that only one extra bed is permitted per room. The standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (1500 hrs), and check-out time is 11:00 AM (1100 hrs), though these may vary according to hotel policies. Special requests such as early check-in, smoking/non-smoking rooms, specific views, floor preferences, king-size beds, twin beds, adjoining rooms, or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability. Meals are generally served on a fixed menu or buffet basis and not à la carte. Any additional food or beverages ordered will be charged separately and must be paid by the guest.Items consumed from the minibar in hotel rooms will be chargeable. For early check-outs, breakfast may be limited to simple refreshments such as bread, butter, jam, tea, or coffee.The consumption and serving of alcohol in hotels and hotel rooms are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective hotels. Any damage caused to hotel rooms, coaches, or other property during the stay shall be payable by the passenger.Air conditioning, central heating, and other facilities are provided by hotels based on factors such as weather conditions, local regulations, operational systems, and tour type. The company has no control over these facilities.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The rates are valid for Indian Passport holders. The rate quoted is based on 1 USD @ 90 Rupees and the fluctuation in the exchange rate will be reflected in the total tour cost. The tour Price quoted is based on prevailing rates and the company reserves the right to change the tariff in special events/modification/alteration/variation in the said rates before departure. Advance amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances. As a tour operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, coach companies, shipping companies, Hotels, local transport, or any other facilities provided by third parties. In such circumstances, the company reserves the right to claim any additional expenses from the passengers. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to travel and comply with any health requirements for your destination. We always recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance as your responsibility to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events. Bennys Royal Tours can assist you in getting the insurance policy for your travel but the company will not be responsible for any delay or denial of an insurance claim by the insurance company. Also note, that the company does not have any control over the schedules of opening and closing timings of tourist attractions. Travellers are responsible for their health and safety during the trip. Some activities involve inherent risk of personal harm, for example, rafting, canoeing, mountain biking, horseback riding, etc. and Benny's Royal Tours will not be responsible for unforeseen accidents and injury and death. Benny's Royal Tours will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, death, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond our control. Any activities mentioned other than the tour package will incur additional cost which has to be paid by the tourist. If a passenger after confirming a tour with Benny's wishes to modify his/her bookings on the same or another tour or date the extra charge will be applicable as per the changes required. There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such a situation the tour manager and the driver will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible and no refund can be entertained in such cases. The cancellation policy is subject to change if there is any special note on the booking confirmation that has been approved and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel the agreement between us for any reason before your holiday and we will only cancel the package if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable. In such circumstances, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative holiday or tour of equivalent quality. If a Force majeure clause is applicable: Benny’s Royal Tours is obliged to curtail, alter, extend, or cancel the tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a compensation claim or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension, or cancellation of the tour. Passengers can cancel the tour at any time provided the cancellation request is made in writing as per the cancellation policy mentioned below. The company reserves the right to change/modify/ vary and alter the tour itinerary due to any unavoidable reasons like strikes, road blocks…etc. In such cases, compensations or claims for a refund for unused services like entry tickets will not be entertained by the company. Tour cost is based on a minimum of 30 passengers travelling together in a group. If there is a drastic fall in number, then the offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle, and other services may change accordingly and the difference amount has to be borne by the passenger The Company will not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, Passport loss or loss of any other belongings, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown, force majeure clause, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to the delays or changes in train, plane, bus, or ship timings or delay or cancellation of other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers. Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulam Jurisdiction.
