These terms are designed to protect both you, the traveller, and us, the travel company, and to ensure that your journey with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. By booking a trip with Benny’s Royal Tours, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read through them carefully. PAYMENT POLICY

To guarantee and secure your seat on this premium group departure, payments must be processed according to the fixed schedules below.

Booking Advance:

₹50,000/- per person paid at the time of booking.

First Installment:

₹1,40,000/- per person due prior to the visa submission process.

Final Payment:

€3000 per person due strictly 20 days prior to the departure date.

CANCELLATION & VISA POLICIE

Visa Discretion:

Visa approval or rejection remains the sole discretion of the respective Consulates and Embassies. Benny's Royal Tours guides paperwork but is not liable for rejections or processing delays.

Visa Rejection Costs:

If a visa is rejected or delayed, the visa fee, VFS costs, advance hotel booking penalties, and airline ticketing fees are completely non-refundable.

Companion Cancellation:

If a client cancels their travel or refuses to proceed because of a companion’s visa rejection, personal illness, or health issue, standard cancellation policy fees will apply uniformly.

Emigration Denials:

If local or international Emigration Authorities deny boarding or country entry to a passenger with a valid visa, Benny's Royal Tours is not liable, and any resulting costs must be borne by the traveler.

Flight Disruptions:

Because seats are group-blocked far in advance, date changes attract high penalties. No refunds are provided for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by weather, airport closures, or political events.

HOTEL & ROOMING POLICIES

Room Allotment:

Standard accommodations are arranged in Twin, Double, or Single sharing formats. Single passengers booked under a twin-sharing request must share a room with another group member. If no roommate is available, a single supplement fee will apply.

Third Bed Limitations:

In triple rooms, the third bed is frequently a roll-away mattress or a folding cot placed inside a standard twin/double room. Maximum 1 extra bed is permitted per room.

Timings & Requests: Standard hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out is 11:00 hrs. Special room requests (views, adjacent rooms, interconnected layouts, smoking preferences) are subject to real-time hotel availability and cannot be fully guaranteed in advance.

Meals & Incidentals:

Meal layouts operate on a fixed group buffet plan; a-la-carte options or personal extras ordered must be paid directly to the hotel by the guest. Any physical damage caused by a passenger to hotel rooms, fittings, or transport coaches will be billed directly to that individual.

CHILD POLICIES

• Under 2 years of age – will be considered as Infant
• From 2 - 5 years of age – considered as children without extra bed
• From 6 - 11 years – considered as children with extra bed
• Above 12 years of age will be considered as adults

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The rates are valid for Indian Passport holder. The rate quoted is based on 1 Euro @ 110 Rupees and the fluctuation in the exchange rate will be reflected in the total tour cost. The tour Price quoted is based on prevailing rates and the company reserves the right to change the tariff in special events/modification/alteration/variation in the said rates before departure. Advance amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances. As a tour operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, coach companies, shipping companies, Hotels, local transport, or any other facilities provided by third parties. In such circumstances, the company reserves the right to claim any additional expenses from the passengers. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to travel and comply with any health requirements for your destination. We always recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance as your responsibility to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events. Bennys Royal Tours can assist you in getting the insurance policy for your travel but the company will not be responsible for any delay or denial of an insurance claim by the insurance company. Also note, that the company does not have any control over the schedules of opening and closing timings of tourist attractions. Travelers are responsible for their health and safety during the trip. Some activities involve inherent risk of personal harm, for example, rafting, canoeing, mountain biking, horseback riding, etc. and Bennys Royal Tours will not be responsible for unforeseen accidents and injury and death. Bennys Royal Tours will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, death, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond our control. Any activities mentioned other than the tour package will incur additional cost which has to be paid by the tourist. If a passenger after confirming a tour with Benny's wishes to modify his/her bookings on the same or another tour or date the extra charge will be applicable as per the changes required. There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such a situation the tour manager and the driver will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible and no refund can be entertained in such cases. The cancellation policy is subject to change if there is any special note on the booking confirmation that has been approved and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel the agreement between us for any reason before your holiday and we will only cancel the package if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable. In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative holiday or tour of equivalent quality. If a Force majeure clause is applicable: Benny’s Royal Tours is obliged to curtail, alter, extend, or cancel the tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a compensation claim or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension, or cancellation of the tour. Passengers can cancel the tour at any time provided the cancellation request is made in writing as per the cancellation policy mentioned below. The company reserves the right to change/modify/ vary and alter the tour itinerary due to any unavoidable reasons like strikes, road blocks…etc. In such cases, compensations or claims for a refund for unused services like entry tickets will not be entertained by the company. Tour cost is based on a minimum of 30 passengers travelling together in a group .If there is a drastic fall in number, then the offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle and other services may change accordingly and difference amount has to be borne by the passenger The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown, force majeure clause, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to the delays or changes in train, plane, bus, or ship timings or delay or cancellation of other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers. Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
