TERMS & CONDITIONS

To help us provide you with the very best services at the lowest possible prices and avoid confusion and misunderstandings, we ask that you read the Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking, registering for, making a payment towards, or participating in a tour or other travel product or service with Friendly Planet Travel, Inc. (“Friendly Planet,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to the Terms that apply to that package in effect at the time of your booking. These Terms represent a legally binding contract.

VISA

• Rates are valid for Indian citizens only. Visa granting is the sole discretion of the respective Consulates and our role is to assist you in the submission of visa and guide you with the formalities.
• Benny’s Royal Tours will not be liable, in case if any passenger with granted visa, is denied to travel by the Emi¬gration Authorities by the respective countries. In that case all the damages should be borne by the passenger.
• In case of visa rejection/delay, then visa fee, vfs charges, courier charges and other expenses like advance for ho¬tel booking, insurance and ticketing charges are non-refundable. In case the candidates are called for personal interview the candidates are required to attend the same before the concerned consulate at their own cost.

AIRLINE
• Flight tickets (Onward and return ) will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
• As this is a group tour and the tickets are blocked in advance, penalty charges will be applicable for any date changes
• In a computerized reservation system of airlines seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same seat provided by the airline.
• No refund will be entertained for any expenses incurred for the tourist due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellations, airport closure, delays, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation supplier policy, etc.
• Tour tariff is based on departures from Cochin unless otherwise specified.
• Tourists can board from places other than Cochin upon their interest, but flight tariffs may differ.

OTHER CONDITIONS

• As a tour operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, coach companies, shipping companies, Hotels, local transport, or any other facilities provided by third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also, note company do not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of tourist attractions.
• Travellers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip.
• Bennys Royal Tours will exercise reasonable care and diligence in making travel arrangements. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to acts of nature, accidents, delays, political unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond its control.
• Any activities mentioned other than the tour package will incur additional cost which has to be paid by the tourist.
• Change to an existing booking or a change to another tour or departure date, will also be subject to payment by you of any of the costs imposed by any of the suppliers providing the component parts of the tour. If the trip to which you change to is more expensive than the one you originally booked, a further deposit will also have to be paid.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• Passenger can cancel the tour at any time provided the cancellation request is made in writing as per the can¬cellation policy mentioned below.
• Above 90 days from the day of departure: No cancellation charge, Advance payment will be carried forward for future program.
• Between 90 - 60 days: charges 50% of the total tour cost .
• Less than 60 days: charge 100% total tour cost .
• All the refunds will be based on the refund policy of the Vendors.
• This cancellation policy is subject to change if there is any special note on the booking confirmation that has been approved and confirmed.
• We reserve the right to cancel the agreement between us for any reason prior to your holiday, we will only cancel
• we will only cancel the package if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable.
• In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative holiday or tour of equivalent quality.

FORCE MAJEURE

• If as a consequence of force majeure, Benny’s Royal Tours is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the tour, you shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the tour.

COMPLAINT PROCESS

• If you have any reason to make a complaint during your holiday or tour, you must inform your Tour Manager and the relevant action will be taken immediately. If you are not happy with their action or response at the time of complaint, please contact the emergency number shown in your welcome letter. Our aim is to resolve any com¬plaints you may have. Complaints after the completion of the tour cannot be resolved.

• Any disputes arising from bookings and services provided by Bennys Royal Tours shall be governed by the juris¬dictions that vest in the competent court/forum/tribunal in Ernakulam only.
